Step 1. Draw the auxiliary lines for the cat's muzzle
First, we need to draw a circle and the lines to help correctly position the cat's eyes and muzzle. As you can see, a vertical line divides the circle into halves. Then, there is a horizontal line in the middle of the circle. Another line is about one-third from the bottom of the circle. Lastly, two small lines are placed below the circle.
Step 2. Draw the Siamese cat's eyes and muzzle
Using the lines from the first step, draw the Siamese cat's eyes in the middle of the circle. Then, using the smaller lines below the circle, draw the Siamese cat's muzzle: its nose and mouth.
Step 3. Outline the Siamese cat's ears
In this step, we need to outline the ears of our Siamese cat. Siamese cats are one of the breeds with the longest ears. In our drawing, the ears are roughly half the circle we drew earlier. As you can see, we need to outline the ears with a few rough lines. We also need to draw the lines for the sides and the top of the cat's head.
Step 4. Draw the Siamese cat's ears in more detail and erase auxiliary lines
As we finalized the drawing of the Siamese cat's muzzle, we drew out the ears with finer lines. We also erased all auxiliary lines used to draw the cat's muzzle. At the same time, we thicken the lines denoting the cat's head contour.
Step 5. Outline the Siamese cat's body
Now that we are done with our cat's muzzle, we can move on to the body. At this stage, we just need to outline the body with a few rough lines.
Step 6. Outline the cat's legs
Add the outlines of the cat's legs to our drawing.
Step 7. Draw the Siamese cat's body and legs
Using the original auxiliary lines, start to draw out the body and legs of the Siamese cat. Draw the paws of the front leg.
Step 8. Draw out the Siamese cat's body, legs, and tail
Continue to finesse the lines of the cat's body. Outline its hind leg and tail.
Step 9. Hatch the Siamese cat's muzzle, ears, and body
The thing that distinguishes Siamese cats are their ears and the color of their muzzle. In the last step of our drawing tutorial, we focus on exactly that. We hatch our Siamese cat's muzzle, its ears, and tail. Siamese cat's fur is quite short and does not have much texture. However, we still show some of it on the cat's belly.
