Let's draw a Thai cat today. In the past lessons, we drew a few other cats and kittens.
I think that a cat is a perfect animal. She is an agile and incredibly flexible predator with excellent hunting abilities.
The peculiarity of a cat is that among all representatives of mammals, the size of its eyes relative to the body is considered the largest. And this big-eyed beauty deserves to be painted in different poses, types, and techniques.
Step 1. Outline the torso, neck, and head of our cat.
First, draw three circles - for the torso, neck, and head.
Step 2. Draw a contour of the Thai cat.
In the second step of our drawing tutorial, using the original ovals, we draw the contour of the Thai cat. We denote the cat's ears, eyes, muzzle, chest, paws, and tail.
Step 3. Draw Thai cat's eyes, paws, and fur.
Next, draw a vertical pupil, outline the shadows, and carefully work out the paws. Also, as we work on shadows, we start to work on the direction of the fur.
Step 4. How to draw Thai cat's fur.
The muzzle, front legs, ears, and tail tip of the Thai cat are darker than the rest of its body. Look closely at how the fur of the Thai cat is drawn with hatching.
Step 5. Continue hatching the drawing of the Thai cat.
Continue hatching the body of the Thai cat, alternating the softness of the pencil. Try choosing an F pencil for this purpose.
Step 6. Finalizing the Thai cat drawing.
In the last step of our Thai cat drawing tutorial, we will depict the ball with which our cat played, highlight the paws and muzzle, and add a shadow falling from the figure.
